Cancellation policy


Subscriptions

When you purchase a seasonal subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription option you select. Payments are processed automatically using your chosen payment method unless paid in advance.

Seasonal box subscriptions are a commitment of 3 installments, which together cover the cost of one full seasonal box. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled before these 3 payments have been completed. Once a seasonal box cycle has been completed, you are welcome to pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle begins.

Please note that seasonal boxes are only sent once all 3 installments for that season have been received.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled.

If you need to update, pause, or manage your subscription, you can do so through the links provided in your order confirmation emails.
