If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you’ve received the incorrect item, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we will happily make it right through a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Due to the nature of our herbal products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so we encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
